I would love to get into this challenge but I've been so depressed and it's so freakin' hot in Arizona. I can't ride my bike outside anymore so calories aren't burning as much as I want them to.

I'll accept this challenge! I'll have to eat good on sunday just to get into the swing of things. I'll keep you posted on how I do. BTW! Can anyone doing this challenge keep their diaries open? I need ideas of what else to eat.

I have no idea how you could secure a bike on that unless it was upside down. it looks like it's just for boxes and luggage and stuff. Good luck on finding the answer...it is puzzling.

I would love to see some friendly competition between all of us. It helps knowing someone else is pushing themselves harder so it makes me run faster, petal harder, go for 30 reps instead of 20. I think a group would be a good idea too because we all could do different competitions and whatnot. I'm down to join! Add me :)…

Are you taking measurements too? When I was 180 lbs. I was exercising at least 4 times a weeks and dieting most of the time ok, but for over a month I lost like 2 lbs. I would go to a website where you can enter in your workout and weight and whatnot and it tells you how many calories you burned. Then go to MFP and select the closest exercise to what you're doing and just get as close as you can to the calories without going over your minutes. That's what I do for my youtube video…

What sucks about alcohol is that it has a ****load of calories in it (especially beer and mixed drinks) I drink mike's harder cranberry lemonade and its 500 calories for just one!
