I will agree road biking is awesome when you're drunk or stoned. A lot safer I'm sure. I've always wanted to mountain bike but you need a car to transport your bikes to nice paths. I cant afford a car, in Arizona its a good 15-30 minute drive for mountain bike lands. Hopefully one day I'll be really big into both

I want a bike that has the shifters near the brakes, not like a mountain bike but like newer road bikes. i love my old school bike but group rides kick my *kitten* every time so i can't keep up. also i havent learned how to use those types of gears and i dont like going one handed to change speeds or whatnot

I love it too just getting to be a rough ride and i really hate having my gears on the frame.

this is why i always have a drink (coffee, soda, etc.) chilling in my bottle holder. I would have thrown that **** right at her....**** people like that.

Do you spin? geez that's a lot. I'm sure you're going to win this challenge! I can maybe do like 200-300 miles this coming month.
-
who can ride the most miles. I have a competition going in my group I made. If anyone would like to compete please message me or go to this link and tell me your in and ready to go! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1054395-august-bicycle-competition?page=1

You were gorgeous already before the workouts and whatnot. Just wanted to add that in there. How did you lose all that in 8 months? I struggle a lot with exercise because I can't afford a gym membership or anything
-
Is 18 cups your final score or do you have something higher?
-
I failed badly the past days :(

I heard if you are at a plateau (aka not losing weight) you should switch to that method. But if you are losing weight right now I would just stick with the recommended calories and only eat back some of the calories you burn. You are only burning 400 calories which isn't A HUGE AMOUNT. 1000 calories you are definitely…

Same here! Going for 20 today, but might get 15.

Day 2- I splurged on like 7 nachos yesterday and some new pastries from Starbucks. I work for them and we just launched a new line of food so we have to try them to recommend them (which is awesome and terrible at the same time). Day 3 Goals - Had a bean burrito w/ sour cream so that is the only semi-bad thing on the diet…
-
Day 1- Good except I had some white rice and alcohol.
