My new goal is cracking the 205 lb barrier. I finally cracked the 210 lb barrier! I got close 2 to 3 times over the last 4 years. For the last 25 years I could never get lower than 210 lb till I started a low carb, no sugar diet and exercise lifestyle. and two hours of fat burning zone exercise. I'm not full Keto, just low…

I get up at 4:50am, set up my laptop PC on a stand in front of my treadmill and walk at 10% grade at 2.7 mph, using a roller ball mouse I read the news and browse the MFP board for one hour each work day before hitting the shower and then to work. My Mcdonalds belly is almost gone now. I go to work early and would go thru the drivethru to get coffee and increasingly the worst McSkillet Burrito. I never put on weight this fast in my life. To stop this, I stock up on healthy foods, so I have them available when I get home and meal bars in my car (they melt in summer)…

If you burn a lot of calories a day doing an exercise routine that is known to burn over 300 calories and many burn 800 - 1000 calories, you probably need to eat some or most of the exercise calories to keep you from going into starvation mode. Be honest entering data into your food diary and cardio exercise diary, eat all…

I tolerate the advertising. I occasionally click on them. Mike has to pay for hosting this site somehow,

Mike probably does not know that happens. You should post this on Technical Support or Website Suggestions forum Area so Mike can fix this. Rob

Ok, I am incorrect. House work and gardening could be 800 calories. But that still seems like a lot to add a cardio calories burned. Do not quit, Maybe you are just slightly over estimating calories burned. Rob

Hey, Don't give up. Make sure you log all your calories and make sure your exercise calories burned are correct. I am sure we can help you. Post your information so you can calculate BMI and calorie requirements and what exercises you think you can do. Include your activities. Rob

You are probably overestimating the calories for house work and gardening. 8 hours of carpentry work is worth 1500 to 2400 calories depending on how hard you work. House work could be over 900 calories but it seems high. You are probably over eating based upon incorrect house work and gardening calories burned.

I have been a member of this site for 2 weeks. I eat most or all of my daily calories and my earned exercise calories and have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I am not struggling, this works! Keep it up! Rob
