Thanks for the reply...I would do that, but because i don't do a set amount of exercise each week - the only constant in the zumba class really, i wouldn't want to set my TDEE too high if i'm not doing enough exercise to account for it. - Does that make sense?

Yepp i did this! But now if i've gone over on my calories, or if i just need to splurge a little bit by eating something extra (or if i do that and then regret it afterwards cause i didn't actually need to) I just add it to tomorrows calories so I know it evens it out. I did increase my calories from 1200 to 1400 too which…

Feel free to add me too - would love to help keep people motivated and have people to get on my case if i get off track!

I'm 20  Feel free to add, would love friends for support and motivation!

I'm about an hour away, in Warwickshire

Yepp, its so frustrating isn't it! It just made me stop and think, cause obviously i'd noticed it, but didn't realise it was so blatant to everyone else. But I feel better in general so I think on balance it will be worth it to feel better about my body as a whole. So glad i'm not the only one feeling like this though,…

I know how you feel! I had DD boobs, now i'm down to a C cup that now feels too big :( And to add insult to injury, I told my sister yesterday that I had hit the 'lost a stone' mark, and she said the only place you can tell i've lost weight is my collarbones and boobs. I can completely empathise with you not knowing…

You look absolutely amazing! So inspiring, well done!

I do this too! Especially at work, when i'm in the office (next to the tearoom) on my own, i just keep sneaking out and picking at cakes and biscuits and everything! I drive myself nuts! I am desperate to find a way of resisting and not sabotaging all my efforts for a quick sugar fix
-
Feel free to add me too, I could do with the support and motivation from anyone who is willing to help! Family just keep saying not to lose anymore and that i'm 'getting too thin' even though i still have a good few pounds to lose before i will feel happy!
-
I frustrate myself so much - i wasn't even that fussed about it but where i work there is ALWAYS homemade cake and it stays in my office so when i'm in there on my own i just can't help myself! So stupid. Then i panic about having to get in a bikini! Going to have to work super hard for the next three weeks! I'm not even…

I need this too! I have 3 weeks to get into that bikini, and have just eaten a slice of Bakewell tart! HELP! My willpower appears to have gone on holiday early....

I know this feeling! It's hard enough to resist temptation without being made to feel like an idiot for trying! But it gets easier eventually. I've got into the habit of buying my own fruit and stuff so i know there is always some in the house for my lunches etc. Same with treats, I have a tin which I keep my own low cal…

With it set to little/no exercise it comes out as 1812...

Thank you! That sounds like a sensible approach! Working out my TDEE without exercise and then adding it on - seems so obvious now! I thought because MFP set it automatically at 1200 that anything over that would gain weight (which is a stupid mindset to have I know) but I've gained a little through eating too little…
-
Thanks :) I think what I'm asking is - should I increase my calories on MFP to say 1400/1500 a day even if i don't do any exercise on top of that, or should i stick with it at 1200 and continue adding the exercise i do as i do it and aiming for that many calories, even if it's less that the 1500? Hope that makes sense..so…

Diary is now public.. I try and track everything as accurately as possible by scanning barcodes, and go with what that logs, even though that sometimes differs from what the packaging says? Also, should I be logging every tiny bit of exercise - I don't usually log the walk I do at lunchtime as I am sitting for the rest of…
