On the cheese front i have cheese slices in my omelettes for breakfast - around 40-70 cals for one slice and its yummy :) and there are lots of lower fat cheese options, or mix cheese with light mayo so you need less - on jacket potatoes for example (or cheese and mayo on chicken is amazing!) So if I stay at 1600 a day MFP says that's a .4lb a week loss, plus get into a regular weights routine? Thank you, Any other advice would be great!

I'm glad its not just me that is horrified at having to eat so little again! I have started doing weights in the last few weeks, I will concentrate on doing them religiously a good few times a week. Thanks!

The reason it's such a small deficit is because I thought as you got closer to goal you had to reduce the deficit to continue losing? Thats why I increased from TDEE -20% to TDEE -10-5%. I'll take it back down and see what happen. Thanks

When I use a TDEE calculator online it says between 1700 to 1800 to maintain, that's based on being sedentary. As I said I do work at a desk. I also walk for 15 minutes in my lunch break and am up and down a bit during the day and on my feet for the majority of the evening at home...I guess that's why I thought 1600 a day…

I feel your pain! My office is right next door to the tearoom so it takes about a millisecond to get up and grab some sugary snack to munch on. We have cake for birthdays, sweets and biscuits when people get back from their holidays, treats that people don't want at home, homemade crumbles and cakes (just because!)…

Cereals - would eat them for breakfast dinner and tea if i could! Chocolate Ice cream - Could easily sit and eat a whole tub to myself. Thanks for your replies :) I guess I am just being impatient..I meant to add in thaat now i've returned from holiday i've upped my calories to 1600 daily which is closer to my TDEE-10% to try and make the transition to maintenance a bit easier, and because on days i exercise i had trouble netting enough calories, so…

Thanks guys :) I think that's partly why i'm struggling - finding it tough to eat enough calories without eating white carbs or processed food. But am trying to bulk up my lunches for work as of tomorrow so that should help :)
