Started today...wondering what tomorrow will bring in soreness but I'm determined to work thru the pain and continue daily. With 100 lbs to lose, it seems like a great place to start my exercise. I just hope I can learn to love exercise like so many say they have after beginning! Great thread!

I just joined MFP yesterday and found this thread this morning. Even though I will be 3 days behind, I am going to join all of you as I have tried 30DS before and have lost motivation. I am hoping that having this to report on each day will help. I am starting a LONG journey of losing 100 lbs. and I think this is a great…
