My goal is to keeping seeing a drop in that scale and in the inches. It'd be nice to lose a bunch of weight, but as long as those numbers are still on the downward slope, I'll be pretty happy with that.

I'm not sure about an alternative Balsamic Vinaigrette, but I'm with you on most of them tasting too sweet. For salads, I use low-fat cottage cheese as dressing instead! Just a thought. Hope you find what you're looking for!

Asparagus is easy to grow and will come back every year, if you take care of it! Loved having it around in Indiana! It'll take over your garden, so plant it in it's own area.

Lunch meat Quessadillas or wraps!!! Get some low-cal wraps (I use TOUFAYAN brand)... Throw some low-fat mozzarella cheese and some spinach along side the turkey...Then grill it! I'm a bit eclectic, but I listen to Frank Sinatra, The Spill Canvas, Matt Nathanson, and some Joshua Radin (among other things) at dinner. As a family, we turn off the TV at dinner time. We listen to music, talk, and eat. And I love it!

I have recently rediscovered the joys of childhood play! Get out a jump rope, Hula hoop, etc...and go to town! It's fun and you'd be surprised how many calories you burn having fun!!!
