  • My cheat day is probably pretty bad in comparison to other people. I eat a lot. I eat things that definitely go over my calorie limit, but having a cheat day a week makes it so that I don't go off track. Its been 2 months and I still go back to my normal restricted calories after my cheat day and I'm down 12 pounds, so I…
  • I'm on Syeda and have been on birth control for years. I don't think its really contributed to my weight gain, but I've lost 12 pounds so far and still taking it as prescribed.
  • Personally I'm a big fan of yoga pants because I can drop a size and still wear the same ones. Also Target has some skirts with elastic waist bands that I've been eyeing, they size by S M L XL XXL so I can have them for a few sizes as well (ex. XL is 15-17). • Would love to have some more friends on here. Looking to lose about 80-90 (whatever gets me back to a size 9!). Add me!
  • I cheat on Saturdays. It makes sure I stay in line during the week, and I'm more likely to stay on track if I know there's going to be a day I can eat my favorites and not worry about calories.
  • Diagnosed with a panic disorder. The exercise helps reduce my stress levels immensely, although its definitely difficult to keep on track with eating well for bad stress days. Have made it two weeks so far, and have not had any panic attacks since I started exercising regularly.
  • While I don't just walk, its a great way to get started. At 5'5" and 245, its hard on me to run too much, so I've been mostly walking, doing the elliptical, and the bike at the gym. Boyfriend and I went on a 4.8 mile walk this morning and it burned 700 calories! Definitely doable :)
