I am 5'8" & started around 280/290. I am down to 250. These were taken about 1 yr apart. Still working it, slow & steady.

Awesome work, sounds like you have made the lifestyle change slowly which is key!

Awesome work!

Awesome, great work. I have done the same this time around. Losing it slower this time. It's a great feeling & you are changing your lifestyle instead of quick fixes!

Its a great feeling!! I had a box in my closet from a year ago that didn't fit & unpacked it this month. I many things to choose from.

Breakfast tacos or egg white muffins served with avocado. https://www.tasty.co/recipe/egg-white-breakfast-cups

I make these, they reheat well. My husband doesn't care for the spinach/tomato so on his so I add 1/2 slice of bacon or diced ham to his. Never had an issue with them sticking either, I use pam. https://www.tasty.co/recipe/egg-white-breakfast-cups

I have callouses too but none have broken yet so no advice on that. For maintaining, 1-2 times a week I use a PedEgg to scrape some of the skin off. Then lotion with a pumice stone & lotion throughout the day. This morning I mixed tea tree oil (a natural antiseptic) with olive oil & applied. We'll see how that goes.

My diary is open to friends so feel free to add me if you like.

Both, the scale is just one indicator of success. I measure, take pictures & go by how my clothes feel.

I would say give it a shot & trust the process. I know that I used to eat 1200-1300 cal a day & I would binge a lot......lose weight/gain it back. I started working with a nutrition coach back in Aug who has set my cal closer to 1700. It kind of freaked me out at first that I was eating more than I was used to. (I also…

I make both of these when I meal prep & they reheat well during the week. The muffins I usually eat 2-3 of them & pair with avocado. My husband doesn't like the spinach in the muffins so I sub 1/2 a piece of bacon or diced ham in his. https://kalynskitchen.com/broccoli-ham-mozzarella-egg-bake/…

In the past I have always rewarded myself with a meal.....that is a slippery slope for me. Now I have cut back on eating out so much & save the money to get massages every 2-3 months. I don't have plan for when it happens but just when I have been working out hard & sticking to my daily goal of nutrition. I have 5 more lbs…

I came across this today & thought her review was good. I stopped eating Blue Bell because that's going down a rabbit hole for me. I tried Halo Top & it's ok but not worth the $4-$5 for the pint. I may try dreyers slow churned for that sweet tooth fix.…

I started IF a couple of weeks ago. Before that, I was eating before my 5am workout & then continued to eat all day long. I constantly felt hungry, sometimes this would put me over my macros for the day. Now I do 11am-7pm (16:8). This has kept me feeling full all afternoon & has kept me from late night snacking. I have…

Great job! I joined crossfit 6 months ago & agree so much with your post. I can relate to the being the biggest one in classes sometimes but everyone has been so supportive. Keep up the great work!

It gets easier over time. I'm up at 4:15am, get dressed etc. I'll have a spark or zip fizz (caffeine drink) to help wake up & out the door by 4:45am for 5am class. Bedtime is key for me too, 9:00pm or earlier. Consistency is key. I do this 3-4 times a week.

I usually eat them for a snack or an early morning breakfast (6:30am). I follow instructions for microwave but add 1/4 c to 1/2 c with liquid egg whites (reduce water by that amount) to get some added protein. The egg whites makes the oatmeal fluffy. Quick & easy! Top with cinnamon & berries. I feel pretty satisfied until…

I started CF 3 months ago & was very intimidated. I started at right under 300 lbs so I am heavier than most of the people at the box. Everything can be scaled. You want to find the right place for you & make sure they are working with you to modify movements for what you can do right now. I am down 23 lbs & have even…

Have you tried food prepping on the weekends to help with the dinner routine? I know that weeknight meals go easier & take less time when I have things cut up ready to go or some meat already cooked. We both work too & have kids at home that have an early bedtime so I get where you are coming form. That may help free up…

Fantastic! Great reminder to stop the negative self talk. I like how you posted I got up, I did the workouts, I did weight management class.....all out comfort zone. That's positive to remind me you that YOU did this. I needed this reminder today.

@Italiana_xx79 I am following the zone diet (blocks), 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. I rarely feel hungry. Eating roughly 1700-1800calories a day. Goal is 120g P, 170g C, 60g F. I'm learning more every day about macros.

Top with blue cheese if you like. It sounds weird together but it's sweet & savory all together.

I log as circuit training. I use a fitbit & check the calories burned before/after & make adjustments to it since MFP tends to overestimate. Either I cut 100-200 calories off or I cut the time back.

Hi All, I started T25 yesterday 10/8. Would love to follow along to keep the motivation going. 1) Your Name and Where You Live - Amanda -Houston, Tx 2) How is your current fitness? - I run 2-3 times a week. Wanting to add more exercise in. 3) What are your fitness goals? - Lose 20 more lbs by the end of Dec. 4) Do you have…

Bump to try later

Just remember that every run won't be great. Occasionally those bad days creep in. Just don't let it get you down. Keep going.

I started mid Feb & halfway through level 2. Stick with it & do what you can. I had some skip days here & there. I still enjoy as tough as it & KNOWING it only takes 20 min helps. I would suggest taking measurements. Both my husband & I are doing it & did measurements after 2 weeks & seeing changes already. Clothes are…
