I have been educating myself on the food industry for a while and have been watching documentaries and reading. I have definitely cut back my meat and dairy consumption and am looking at growing more, buying eggs from local farmers who still actually let their chicks run around, and eating only the meat that we harvest…

I started logging my food again and discovered I was under-eating by a lot. When I started reading the boards more, I found the TDEE info and entered my info in multiple calculators, landing on this…

After looking at a week in your diary, I would suggest a couple things... add in some more exercise add more protein eat less carbs, not low carb, just less. sometimes your body needs a change.

There are easy ways to add more calories to your day without upping the volume of food... I am going through this right now, trying to up my calories to eat my exercise calories... fry my morning egg in a tsp of oil, and use the whole egg, not just the egg white. buy 9% Greek yogurt instead of 0% use full fat salad…
