Lots of benefits - I sleep better, I can keep up with my three kids, I seem more organized, I actually don't think I need as much sleep and the best of all - my sex drive is awesome :) :smooched:

We have a Wii and about the Wii Fit for xmas so now I jump on every morning to get my weight and BMI and then do about 30 minutes of exercise. I love it! :bigsmile:
