im not that tall just 5"6 however my initial goal is to reach 140 pounds and my absolute target is 126 now both of those put me in the healthy end of the BMI i would check it for yourself but for your height 110 sounds unhealthy as well as something that i dont think a person would be able to maintain through their life

thought I would start the 1st off on a good front and I did 5k so really chuffed with that ran most of it barely needed to walk and barely needed to recover my legs ache but its a good ache so all in all feeling really good gng back to my usual 2miles tomorrow
