I just can't thank you all enough !! You have covered everything I was wondering about, and more ! I was addicted to Mt Dew for over 20 yrs. I drank a 12 pack a day by myself. I didn't crave sweets, probably because I was getting SO much sugar from the Dews. Now I am off the regular Dews and sometimes want something sweet. I just look and see what we have and then look at the serving and calories for that amount then…

Hi, i'm 42. I have lost 24 lbs so far but only 12 lbs since starting MFP. I stay continually logged in here and track all my food and drinks. I am only walking treadmill right now and a small amount of cardio. Watching my portions and calories have made it very helpful for me. Add me if you like. Have a great day !
