Did my first day today. My advice is to watch the whole thing first then rewind and do it. It looked so easy but it ended up kicking my butt!!! I only had 5 lb weights... Bad idea for first time around. Congrats to all of us who are getting off the couch and moving!!!

Get your thyroid checked out. It's a simple blood test from your doctor. My mom has thyroid problems and she barely eats and is always on her feet. She can't lose a pound. If you eat a lot of bread or pasta try cutting that out. Low carb may be a good diet choice for you.

Every Saturday morning. My weight fluctuates so much so I get discouraged if I do it daily. Like I weighed 184 lbs on Saturday and weighed 188 lbs this morning. It does motivate me though if I check in throughout the week but I also feel discouraged.
