I've replaced the creamer in my morning coffee with 1 Tbsp Coconut oil. Well I want to lose between 20 and 30lbs. My first goal is get under 200 and I have about 17lbs left to reach that goal. Once I reach that goal it's more about how I look and feel than how much weight I lose. What about you?
