I'm taking my first slide fitness class tonight. Not really sure what to expect. Has anyone does this workout before? Also, tried to use a calorie calculator, it said 600+ calories burned in 60 minutes (for my weight). I know this is probably a way over estimate, I give it around 400. Thoughts?

I seem to be going over my sugar intake every day by 10-15. But when I look at my log it's almost all from natural sugars (honey, bananas, and apples) Should I be concerned/ Will this hinder my weight loss?
So I've heard mixed things about eating bananas when trying to lose weight. I eat 1 every morning cut up in greek yogurt with cinnamon and a bit of honey.
