Hi Army wife. I'm an Air Force wife I starn a mission too. I suggest using eating according to the specific portions established by your meal. It's not so hard if you are using cookbook recipies. I started doing so last week and I am really alarmed by how much I was over eating. Good luck to you =)

It's pretty darn accurate in my opinion. I'm following a nutrition book that has the meals planned out for 6 weeks and I end up right on the nose.
