I left WW too and went here for the same reason and I LOVE IT. I'm finding so much more success. It's easier, too. I've lost more weight, consistently with this. AND IT'S FREE!!! Best of luck to you. Happy tracking!

I miss pizza so much. It disgusting to know how much i would eat in the past, though. It's sad to not eat it when i see other people enjoying it all of the time, but it's refreshing as well.

what i do is use my hrm and then add my own workout with the cal's that i burned.

I've done body revolution (half of the program) and i'm currently in progress with insanity.
