I tried mailaig's :heart: Toasted Pecans with Cinnamon and Sugar BUT....I used walnuts and 3/4 tsp liquid stevia. 200 calories, 4 carbs, 2 fibre, 6 protein, 20 fat, and 15 Na per 30 grams Very tasty.:tongue: I MUST try this with pecans, but all I have is walnuts today.
