  • I will have a cheat meal once in a while, but when I "cheat" I never exceed my calories by more then a few hundred. If you go way off you will spend the other 6 days just trying to catch up.

  • Can I ask how long have you been at your diet and exercise plan? You may have plateaued if you have been at it a while, which in that case you need to step up your game (exercise) a little to keep it on track.
  • I have been using it and I take it about 30 minutes before and it has really put a kick in to my workout. I know some use it within an hour after, I would try both and see which ones works best for you
  • My motivation has been simply recording everything I eat before I actually eat it, with the mobile app. It gives me a better idea on what to eat to stay in my range. If I go to Subway, I just search for "Subway" and pick from the list of how many calories I am willing to spend. I generally eat a larger dinner, so this…
