Love handles are my enemy, i'm down to 165Lbs (6ft) and 15% BF. Love handles are where it's all at. Got to start lifting but just cannot get motivated.

i got a 206km ride planned for June (Wiggle Dragon Ride) over 3,350m of climbing. Did it last year but suffered half way around with bad cramps in my thighs, still finished but took me about 10hrs to complete. Planning on doing more hill work in preperation this time around and looking at improving my nutrition/hydration…

Started road biking in January 2012 & did a 206k sportive in June. Was averaging 100k rides on a Sunday & commuting 80k a day in the lead up to it. For tracking don't weigh so regularly, limit to once a fortnight at most, if you insist on weighing daily then just use it as a rough guide, many factors can influence daily fluctuations.

I'm wimping it and reverting to indoor cycling during these dark & cold mornings/nights. My commute is 25miles across rural roads so I don't think it's worth the risk myself.

Knew i couldn't get the same mileage as i could do for the TdF so i made sure as much as possible that any mileage i did get in were hilly ones. Got to make sure my winter training is constant now, bring on the Giro :happy: On a final note... Baaaaaahhhhh

Ride the bike as much as you can in advance, rest or at least slow down 2-3 days before the race, diet is also key. Eat as clean as poss & hit your macros.
