I think I have reached my "set weight" and am maintaining with little to no effort. I would like to lose about five pounds more before my dress fitting (they had to order a size down eeeeek), so I am trying to go lower in carbs than I usually do. Hopefully my body is okay with this! The weekends! Holy crap! I eat perfect weeks and then allow myself a little bit of lenience on the weekends, but i always go overboard. Controlling the weekends will help me maintain/lose

Right now I'm attempting to shed the last 5-7 stubborn pounds from my big weight loss in 2013. I'm doing a ton of running and trying to keep myself in control during the weekends.
