seriously. i run for an hour at most. If I run outside, i throw it in my bra and go, go home, wash it ( in my lifeproof case ) and its clean.

I moved home for the summer last year and my mom was the same way, but even worse. She wanted to be healthy, but was lazy. I would pack my lunch the night before and next thing you know... my entire lunch got stolen and she would take it to work! They have Whey Protein Isolate, which is lactose free. I contacted several reps and they ensured me that they're 100% lactose free. So for those lactose intolerants, we're good !

I only log 1/3 of the time I'm there. Usually like 100-200 calories for 5 hours.

I have a NikeFuel Band and I would say that my Polar FT4 is probably way better. I really only use the NikeFuel points system for fun to make sure I am staying active. I play basketball a lot and the NikeFuel band gives you a million points when you dribble lol

Lush has a product called Lovely Jubblies Breast Cream! You should check it out. I haven't tried it but the reviews seem to be fairly promising and if you don't like it Lush lets you return it within 30 days.
