I take GNC's Ultra Mega Multi Vitamin - 2 per day

I use SworkIt Pro on my iPad, which I stream to my TV. It lets me set an amount of time I want to workout, and then I can opt between strength, cardio, stretch & yoga. I think the Pro version was $3.99. I like it as I'm just getting back into exercising, but I can see it as supplemental for those that are more advanced in…

I order them off Amazon - $24.99 per box & free shipping with Prime

Cookie dough is the greatest low carb thing ever created. I order them by the box!

You can add me - I follow a Keto diet (essentially Atkins phase 1) and I am trying to stick to it as much as possible, but I do still give in (I love pizza!) so it'd be great to see even more diaries on here that focus on low carb like me.

That's awesome - I'm a few years older but the same height. I was 118 when I graduated from high school & constantly got comments about how I was too skinny, but I ran daily as a track star, so it was kinda of a nonissue for me. I graduated college around 150, and got married 2 years later at 155. I liked that weight, but…

I'm in - I've got a little evil in me, so I'll go with Slytherin if they'll have me!

I've been taking OxyElite Pro on and off for the last several months. Not sure if they work or not, as I am also on a Ketogenic diet which drops weight pretty quick by itself. They do make me feel jittery after taking them, which I am not used to as I don't consume caffeine otherwise.

I do Ketogenic, which is stage 1 Atkins. Down 18.5 pounds since starting in May - it works!

Shirataki tofu noodles! I felt like I was eating a jellyfish.

I feel like my shoes are all stretched out too, but I think it's because my feet are shrinking. I'm going to have to go show shopping soon, as my right shoe is constantly falling off at work now.

I've cut back my carbs and the first thing to go is my stomach - I'll take it because it's seemed like I was loosing weight from the weirdest places...my feet, my wrist, my ankles! I carry weight in my thighs, butt, & stomach. Try low carb for a week or 2....might make all the difference in the world. I'm loving my results…

We are going to Orlando in September/October. I'm not planning on losing weight, but I am hoping not to gain a whole lot - we are going during the Food & Wine Festival - on purpose. I think (I hope) that with all the additional walking, that might help with some of the calories, especially since the Festival is held at…

Your arms definitely look more toned!

In January, I told myself I'd be at a 30 pound lose by my 30th birthday on 5/1. I'm down 5 pounds. Pathetic. Kicking the exercise into high gear - I'm in!!!

I make virtually the same smoothie every day. This serves 2. 1 tbsp White Chia Seed 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed 1 Banana 1.5 cups Frozen Berries (blackberry, blueberry, raspberry & strawberry) 3 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Water - add until 90% of ingredients height in blender I put the ingredients…

I did C25K exclusively (no other workouts) 3 years ago and lost 30 pounds doing it. I'm doing it again this go round along with strength training. I strength train and then do a session of C25K almost every other day.

I try to - if I'm at work it's a lot easier than if I am out. I find it harder to whip out my phone while out at dinner to track everything (I just find it rude - I try to be present with the people I am with), so I usually try to remember everything and log it later - but I am sure I forget things.

New to MFP, so I'm definitely looking for some motivating peeps to add!!!

I wanted to go onto an IUD and off the pill, as my husband and I pretty much don't want kids and I really don't want to have to think/worry about it. My doctor & her practice will not put an IUD in someone who has not given birth. According to her, and some research I've done, the failure rate is really high (70%) for…

Feel free to add me too - I'm just restarting my journey towards weight loss
