one of my New Years resolutions was to walk 2 miles at least 5x a week.... so far so good.

Typically 45 minutes in the morning... pretty much have a plan/routine that I know I want to do going in... hit it hard with very few breaks. I save my cardio for the evening ...usually walk or run 2 miles around the house...it keeps me from eating

I have two daughters....11 and 8...and one of the reasons I try to stay healthy and in good/decent shape....is to protect them ...a lot of sick guys out there.....

Khall...there are so many resources online....much of the Insanity and P90X workouts are online as well...look there first....but remember...diet has a huge role in your success as does targeted workouts....

can you work out....either at home or at a gym...does the weather allow you to get out and walk?? I'd recommend developing a work out program that you can do in your house...perhaps buying a DVD to follow...but like the guy below said...document everything and it might become tougher to fall off the wagon.... good luck!

this is exactly what I do....I also will use lemon pepper and/or garlic salt....I don't cook them long...I like them crunchy..
