  • I recently got a Ninja Foodi and I’m using it almost everyday to make meals healthier. I tend to look up Ninja Foodi recipes. Another site I use which I don’t think is listed above is JustAPinch.com. Tons of recipes and many are low calorie or low carb.
  • I’m type2 for over 30 years. I’m 60. I lost 60 lbs 2 years ago and slowly gained 25 back. I’m back in losing mode and taking a day at a time. Weight loss is the key to my A1C.

  • I make lots of soups - I like hot food at lunch - I find it more filling. Put the soup in containers, freeze and grab one on my way to work. I do the same with low calorie muffins, mini frittata.
