  • Popcorn is a great alternative, but eat Chips if you are really craving for it but in small portion. I found a great way to limit my portion, it is to bring a small/medium pack to the office or any gathering with LOTS of friends and colleagues to help you finish a pack.
  • For just 1 day, got acne and rashes ON MY FACE from the Cayenne pepper. While some will consider that as a symptom of detox, I seriously think that it is allergy as I never have acne nor rashes before the detox.   • I am on a 1500 calories diet, so I try not to eat back any exercise calories that pass my calories intake. I tends to eat back almost 100% of my exercise calories for the week on weekends when I go out socializing.:smile:
