I'll start that bandwagon and say drop the alcohol. Empty calories on a 1200 cal/day diet isn' t healthy at all. Replace alcohol with something else that takes stress away... like a treadmill.

The more protein the better imo. I weigh 188 and my intake is 200+ grams daily. Still in a caloric deficit and under 100g carbs each day. Winning all around.

You need to eat more. Bump up your calorie intake to like 1600 and keep exercising. It's ok to take a day but if you don't eat enough your metabolism will completely shut down. Focus on small meals stretched throughout the day to prevent a meal binge late at night. If you can, stack your carbs in the morning.... try not to…

I use chicken, spinach, very small amount of shredded cheddar and then I mix a tbsp of fat free catalina and a tbsp of fat free ranch. Throw some cardboard style fat free croutons on top if you need some extra crunch. Couple hundred calories max.
