Agreed; I would suggest getting more rest in general and eating what you are hungry for when you are hungry. Your body is telling you something when you are getting sick and are tired; listen!

I think that once you begin to log your foods and see how many calories the little bites and tastes are, you will stop/lose. Just be consistent and accurate with your logging! Good luck!

I am a fast walker when I walk outdoors but if I do a Leslie Sansone at home (I use 3-5 lb weights throughout and really push it) I break a pretty serious sweat and get a good burn (according to my fitbit). Try her Walk Slim series or her 5 mile advanced. They can be a little corny, but you will get a workout!

What about a Leslie Sansone walk at home? I do these holding/lifting 3-5 lb weights throughout and try to get really low on the moves. They are a little boring and redundant, but I burn calories.

You look incredible!! Congratulations!!!

You are a perfect Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred candidate. Give it a try; I bet you will enjoy it! Short and effective and fun!
-
AMAZING! You are beautiful in ALL the photos! But you look incredible and lovely and healthy and FIT and TRIM now! Congratulations!

Open your diary, log regularly, make some friends, be a part of the MFP community, join a challenge! You can do it!

Here are my guidelines for eating out; they are manageable and still allow for lots of FUN! Choose one of three: Bread, dessert or wine. (In lieu of wine, if you want to do even *better* pick vodka soda with lemon!) An entree is usually a hearty salad; I never get pasta.

Awesome job! Keep it up! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

There are LOTS of days when I do 7 minutes of exercise; no, it's not ideal. There are other days when I do 60. But, do what you can, when you can! With good food choices, it all evens out.

Yea, I am always starving, too. I have a good snack; apple & string cheese, low fat greek yogurt with oatmeal, skinny wrap and laughing cow. If I don't, I eat a ton of crap! I love the idea of eating it in the car; I am stealing that!

I am 5" 7.5" and currently weigh 138lbs. My happy range is between 137-140. This is a weight where I feel great and I think I look pretty good too. I also don't have to do a TON to maintain it; daily exercise for about 30 minutes and balanced food choices.

Get a fitbit! I am a teacher and wear mine all day. I get around 4-6K step each day at work, depending on the day. I am set at sedentary on MFP and typically get around 2-300 calories from my workday too.

I disagree with this.. I have done two rounds of 30DS first time I lost 9 inches and 3lbs ( I was at a deficet). At the end I could do all my pushups non modified ect round 3 walking ones 2nd round I lost another 4 inches 5.25 lbs and by the end it was all non modified. There is more definition in my shoulders, my abs and…

I LOVE THIS ONE! I do it with 3-5 lb weights for some of the moves, too (punches especially) to up the buuuuuurn.

Maybe 137 is a healthy weight for you! I am 5' 8" and weigh about 138 and feel great at this weight. It's easy to maintain, I am strong and healthy and I look good, too! Also, 1000 calories a day is so low; my experience with so little calories is that's hard to sustain and maintain happiness (again, speaking from personal…

Here are my thoughts--I am also a teacher (31 students in an urban district) and understand the exhaustion: Get a Fitbit to keep you honest about your activity at work. This week, I burned about 350 calories a day at work (8000 steps on average). Work out right when you get home; I have found that if I do it right away, it…

I am in!!! Feel free to friend me! Will we all be checking in each day? Excited! I

AWESOME!!!!! You look (and, I hope FEEL) INCREDIBLE!
-
I guarantee--you WON'T be bored. I mix it up with her all the time; 30DS, Ripped in 30, No More Trouble, Banish Fat...they are all great and you will get stronger. I use anywhere between 5-20 lb weights now, depending on the move.

Yes. And, not to put too fine a point on it, this isn't a "program" as you keep referring to it. This is about changing your life by changing your choices about what you eat, how much you move and the way you think about food. It's not a quick fix and it is hard work.
-
Totally agree with everything below. There's no quick fix; you just gotta do the work. The work gets easier, but it's still work.
-
This; you can also try spaghetti squash, which is yummy!
-
AND NO SLIM FAST SHAKES!!! (I saw your last post!) But seriously, no. Just, no.

First, listen to this man! He is a rock star. Read his story and the stories of many others on MFP who have lost weight, shaped up and/or decided to live a healthier life. Get and stay inspired! Next, get a support group going here. Find friends--read through posts, add like minded friends, communicate often! Open your…
