I'm having the same issue. One thing that is helping me is that I have a scale that measures body fat percentage. Although my weight is remaining the same, my body fat percentage is going down and my clothes are definitely fitting better. Don't be discouraged! Have faith in yourself and keep up the good work!

I just started both Aikido and Wing Chun. I took Karate lessons when I was a child and I've wanted to get back into Martial Arts for years :) So glad I'm finally able to train again! I'm having a great time!

I have the Polar FT60 and I love it. They have lots of options that are a step down price wise and still have excellent reviews. Don't bother investing in the dock to transfer your exercise information. I hardly ever use it. It's really motivating having a heartrate monitor. I have a body fat analyzing scale as well, and…
