I have found that you can do it with the bands...when you do back you will need something up high to connect the bands to...but everything else the bands were great for... I am on my 4th week of p 90...so far that is my experience..good luck!

I have looked into getting the set of videos as well.. I have found it alot cheaper online... People selling them on ebay and such. of course be careful. But it might help lower the cost a bit
