I go over on sugar all of the time because of fruit but the way I look at it is that im either eating lots of fruit or im eating a whole tub of sour keys or nibs!!! I think the first is better! This is just my own opinion for myself. I know if I dont eat the fruit I have much else I wanna snack on besides junk.

I used the one by Felt Tip. I loved it!! It tells you when to run when to walk when you are half way....you can play your music at the same time. I found it so easy to follow this way! good luck!!

that is why I weigh myself as soon as I wake up before I do anything well except pee. I find that it can change even with the smallest thing. Take the weight that the scale first said. im thirsty all of the time too!! I do not have diabetes or anything like that. I guess I have just gotten use to it! I usually drink around 4 litres of water a day and could probably drink more but I think my work would be angry at me for going to the bathroom every 5 minutes.

I have actualy sprained my left ankle twice (second was really bad) and my right ankle twice well I guess you can say 2 1/2 now since i buckled it again after I already sprained it.
