I know I should be doing at least some sort of strength training rather than nothing. it is much more bitter than regular yogurt!! I cannot eat it on its own! I used it as a fruit dip, mixed it with regular flavoured yogurt and some cool whip. Some people put peanut butter in it etc. Its too bitter for me to eat on its own.

the fruit dip i usually make is a flavoured yogurt mixed with cool whip. The cool whip I use is the teal one I think its fat free or something. Anyways I just mix the two and its delicious and healthy. Nothing wrong with using a fruit dip if its healthy!!

ive done it loved it!!! The one i did we did running, pushups, planks, tricep crunches,things with ropes and bars running up hill....etc....it was killer and hard but worth it!!
