  • I dont do this but i was at a bit of a plateau and then i hurt my arm so i wasnt working out and eating horribly and I ended up losing weight once I started eating healthy again....im assuming i tricked my body!!! lol
  • I would say it would keep us from being overweight but we would probably find a way to be overweight with kibble as well. Also as much as food runs most of our lives it is also one of those delicacies......some of our best moments will be traveling the world and say taking in a new dish or trying something you normally…
  • I am a 42F.....HUGE....lmao....I usually wear a normal bra with a sports bra thats tight over it and it helps a lot but by no means are those suckers tied down!!! I still almost get knocked in the face when doing jumping jacks! I think its important too to have a sports bra that fits properly and is a lil tight…
  • I didnt know it was possible to be that heavy and and still living....i dont mean that in a rude way but many of the contestants on say BL are 5 or 600 pounds and their health is horrible.....to weight 400 more pounds?? hmm im intrigued....i wanna watch it!!
  • I mix greek yogurt with dessert yogurt (for flavour) and a little bit of cool whip (95% fat free) and I use it as a fruit dip!!! its sooooo delicious. Greek yogurt on its own is very bitter but with some added flavour and thickness its either great on its own or as a dip. Not sure how you would make ice cream though.…

  • I love either having a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich (weight watcher bread) or peanut butter and banana rolled up in a weight watchers whole wheat tortilla!! Its soooooooooooooo yummy!!!

  • I am 217ish and in 45 minutes I think i burned about 350. Every Zumba class is different from the next though. Ive taken Zumba at 3 different gyms as well as owning the DVD's Each class was a lot of the same steps yet very different from each other. It honestly depends on the class and how much effort you put in it!!

I cant wait until I dont have to wear my pants up to my neck to avoid that cut line in my fat belly.....i cant wait to buy clothes in regular stores.....i cant wait to look in the mirror and feel confident.....i cant wait unitl i look good in a bathing suit.....I CANT WAIT FOR MY BOUDOIR…

  • well its not really taking you back!!! You know for a fact that you have lost weight!! Just make sure from now on you keep using the same scale! Otherwise it will look like you are gaining and losing weight when you arent.

  • I think the amount of water should be higher! The recommended is 8 8 oz glasses....so 5 would be drinking under what you need on a daily basis
  • I have a Polar but they do tend to be at least $100. I love it!! The strap around your chest is most accurate. It goes basically just under your boobs. It will fit because they are adjustable. Im not small and i could still make mine way bigger. I hope you find one you like. They are the best!!
  • if you know the nutritional information per serving just add that......but otherwise create your own ingredients in the my food tab....that will take much longer but at least you know it will be the right information.

  • well I am single and I hate men so I am going out for dinner with a girlfriend of mine! And I plan on eating whatever I feel like that night! I have been so good and I never cheat! I deserve one night to be naughty!!! lol
  • I eat the Activia Dessert yogurt sometimes. Just for a change. My favourite yogurt though is vanilla or peach. My friend though buys this greek yogurt that has 20g of protein. Ive never had it but she says its really good and holy protein. She puts some peanut butter and a lil caramel in and uses it as a fruit dip.

  • ive tried so many pills hun in the past and none of them work!! I wouldnt recommend taking anything. I would love a quick fix myself but unfortunately they dont exist. You need to do it the right way which is slow and healthy. It takes a while but will be worth it in the end.

  • working out twice a day? I hate giving up me time to just work out once a day....not sure i could manage twice.
  • my HRM reads about 100 less calories than the machines. I have never tried spinning though. I might try it soon i'm just not looking forward to the sore bum. lol
