I only burned 305 in my 45 min Zumba class. I have a good HRM too!!

your HRM is the most accurate!!! Your treadmill clearly isnt as evil as mine is! My treadmill reads 100 more than my HRM.....100 difference is typical though between HRM and equipment.

theres a weight watchers bran muffin with chocolate chips that is sooo yummy!! It uses cereal. Im not sure of the recipe my friend makes it all the time but im sure if you google it you will find the ingredients!

are you eating 3 large meals or 6 small meals? if you spread it out throughout the day you should be ok. Plus are you drinking enough water? You should be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day.
