It is very hard to stay motivated for long periods of time. I depend on my daughters to help keep me going. Do you have a sister or a friend that you could partner up with for support?

I have an elliptical machine and an exercise bike that I use, but before I purchased them I used to make up different routes through my house and I just walked briskly to music. Hope that helps!
