when I hit a rut like that, I had to increase the amount/intensity of my exercise. I did the 30day shred and lost 7inches, if you don't have much time these work outs are only 20mins

I've lost weight (currently at uni) since being at uni, cos I just don't buy any snacks and buy healthy stuff

I've finished the 30 days and I'm still doing it iv'e lost 8 inches so far and feel so much fitter.
