turn it off if you got no medical reasons that require you to track sugar intake or subtract natural sugars from it like from fruit and milk

cats love cows milk, my dog loves milk and yogurt, and i am sure our goats would suckle on the cows to if we let them lol

i am sorry but i rather eat baby carrots and chicken for lunch then TWO MCDOUBLES blech of course you can lose weight with eating pizza, burger and ice cream but if it is really healthy is another question
-
i agree with your view but i think people can eat what they like if someone wants to eat cereal for dinner go ahead and do it! I am sure your body dont care if it gets carbs at 8pm or 8am  now if you only live of cereal i be concerned

i do a lot of cardio at least 40 mins a day 6 times a week but usually end up doing 100+ mins and then go hiking for 4-6 hours on the weekend. I am not a big strength training fan so i keep it to 1 hour a week but when i am pushing it its 3-4

i dont know what size your watermelon is but i regularly eat 1/4 of water melons specially when its hot and that 500 g and below 200 calories. 100 g of watermelon is roughly 30 calories http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/usda/watermelon?portionid=58715&portionamount=100.000

a lot has been said already but i also noticed you only been logging your food for roughly a week give it more time and buy a food scale most people underestimate the amount of food they eat
-
i also have the problem with serving sizes so i found me this neat page today to give me a rough idea how big a serving size is http://www.lovefoodhatewaste.nsw.gov.au/cook-it/serving-size-calculator.aspx# as for weighing pasta and most other stuff always raw, uncooked

i did a VLCD 5 years ago lost close to 90 lbs in 9 months and then i ate again and gained it double back within a year so i suggest everyone doing it dont do it to long, be very very very careful once you start eating properly again since you never learn about proper diet and nutrition and portion control
-
thanks for the great idea wanted to make chicken today and needed a new idea to try out
-
you lost 36 lbs so you doing something right id keep it up =)

interesting post but why do people tend to make all this more complicated then it is? Eat healthy food in moderation and move more is the key for me

hehe how about measuring it raw and then portion it in zip bags already for the next days that is what i do when i cook ahead then i just have to take it out the fridge/freezer the next day no measuring needed otherwise dont stress it to much just weigh it cooked 40 cals difference have never made anyone fat
-
i also spend 70+ mins a day on the elliptical and it is my exercise machine number one but try to switch it up a bit like others say i also go for sprints with the dog and hiking and do strength training (1-3 days a week not a big fan) and all the naggin saying you dont do it "right" if you on there more then 20 mins i do…
-
i think mfp also has options of cooked chicken but just weigh it raw and even if its not 3500 cals so you would gain  use the one from the package most accurate and if you put a plate under the chicken when you weigh it then you dont get those evil little buggers everywhere (bacteria that is)
