Like others have said. The first week is mostly water weight. Also when you got a lot to loose it can be quite a lot in a month. I started at over 300 lbs and lost roughly 20 lbs a month till I passed the 200 lbs mark. Now it is around 8-10 lbs a month.

I also weigh daily every morning just after getting up before I get dressed. I helps me to stay on track and accountable. I noticed a pattern before when I am loosing weight and stop weighing daily I will fall off the wagon shortly after

Milk. I use to be pretty hooked on that. Consuming almost 1 liter a day, not good when one is lactose intolerant. Replaced it pretty much completely with almond milk now, my store added a new brand with high calcium and added vitamins and only 17 cal per 100 ml. My toilet and body thanking me for it XD

5 times a week. Monday-Friday then Saturday-Sunday are rest days but I still hike with my dogs daily 7 times a week between 2-4 hours. Saturday is also my cheat day and Sunday my fasting day :)

when we go hiking i sometimes go down backwards if we walk to long downhill it really helps but then again doubt you can run backwards :happy:

i do buy new workout pants and cloths during the weightloss but wont buy a whole new wardrobe till i am at goal weight but then again i still have a lot of jeans from previews weights that should work fine when i cant wear my workout cloths :smile:

i would add 500 extra calories threw exercise seems to be easiest and then see after about 3 weeks how it works for you and adjust acordently

i actually watched a clip on youtube about it a few weeks ago there conclusion was due to the increased fat and protein intake people feel full faster so even when they allowed to eat as much as they want just high fat they dont eat as much so Calorie deficit
