Lettuce wrapped sandwiches. Microwaved meals (you don't want to do this all the time, but in a pinch, to stay on diet, it should be fine). The point is...there's a lot you can do, if you really want to stay on the diet. Don't allow yourself to sabotage your goals. =)

I've read that when this happens, sometimes it helps to eat the majority of your carbs in your last meal of the day. I was worried about it, because I tend to have bouts of insomnia anyway, but so far it hasn't been an issue. I did read up on it, however, just in case. =)

I'm drinking what feels like a LOT of water. I put on a pair of pants today that I wore last week. I am now able to pull those down without unbuttoning them....and last week, they were a little snug around the waist. =) So, I've lost inches, for sure.
