I think that they go for too much of a calorie cut right off the back. I was always hungry on WW. Following my calories on MFP is easier, and I'm not hungry all of the time.

My 7 year old loves the daycare at our gym and begs me to go to the gym so she can hang out with her friends. Most of the kids seem happy, with the exception of the occasionally clingy little one.

You say that you are gaining weight- are you also gaining inches? It may be that you are putting on more muscle, with the addition of strength training.

Finished my 1000 crunches today- thanks for the challenge, it's what motivated me to get my abs workout in this week!

I just took myself off of sprintec because it was turning me into a crazy person... Seriously bad mood swings, anger management problems. I've had success with trinessa.

I drank 14 cups of water and did 215 crunches today. I'm on my way to the 1000.
