When I do lunges and squats, my thighs slim down, along with everything else. I recommend a good overall body workout, using all muscle groups and your core in order to slim down.

My new way of handling awkward questions is to say, "what an awkward question to ask" while I look at them like they are poo.

What does your diet look like when you are cutting? You look great, and what you are doing is clearly working for you! I hope to achieve the same success!

Sometimes my 8 yr old comes with me to the gym. She does modified workouts with really light weights or walks on the next treadmill over. She gets no pressure from me to do it (and can go to the kids room to spend time with other kids if she chooses to). It's important to me that she sees it as fun.

I usually pack similar things for meals every day- breakfast is either refrigerator oats, made with rolled oats, almond milk (mixed with half a scoop of protein powder, a little jam for flavor, and chia seeds. It may be that you need more protein during the day, so you aren't ravenous when you get home. It seems like everything you eat during the day is healthy, but not necessarily balanced. More protein may help.

I like old navy- they make work out pants in petite sizes, which is awesome, and they've held up very well over the years.

We pay $65 for a 1500 sq foot house every other week.

It's not bad to eat the same thing every day, but it looks like the food you are eating may not be meeting your nutritional needs. The foods that you are eating are all highly processed (unless I am missing something), and you probably need more fruits and veggies, and natural forms of fiber.

Congratulations! I am 5'2" and am starting about where you started in weight. I still haven't set my long term goal, just taking it 10 pounds at a time. You look great!

I'm going through the same thing lately. I don't usually consume a lot of dairy, but have been eating yogurt for breakfast. I've noticed I am producing a lot more mucus (yuck) and have stopped eating dairy for the time being to see if that helps.

I've noticed that I bloat more with uncooked veggies- like salad, raw carrots.. Once I cook them I do much better. Maybe this will help!

The lemon raspberry cheesecake is delicious. They have a lot of cheesecakes though, and they all are delicious :) I've had the shepards pie before and it is very good.

I want to run my first half marathon in May. I would not consider myself a runner or in good shape right now, but I have a plan and hopefully can keep up with it.

It would be great to start adding lifting to your workout schedule. With my current routine, I do 5 days at the gym- 30 min of cardio and roughly 30 min of weight training. I have it split into legs, chest, back/shoulders, and arms.

Leg day is my favorite. The muscle soreness lets me know I did a great job at the gym.
