  • I am about 5'10" and have historically had a slight build. I've lost 18 pounds in the last few months and am at 160 in the photo below. I run 3-5 times per week and lift twice a week. I feel like I'm about ready to increase my calorie intake to my TDEE and start showing more muscle. I expect I'll be somewhere in the 160's…

  • Down another 2 pounds from 162 to 160.
  • lost 1.5 pounds this week; second straight week at that amount. Down 17 pounds total. 7 more to my goal.
  • Lost 1.5 lbs this week. Right where I want to be even with a tough week for making good food choices.
  • I'm a new Friday weigher and first time MFP poster. Went from weighing every evening to Friday mornings. Also took my first pictures and am anxious to continue to see progress. Lost 3.5 lbs in just over a week. Some certainly attributable to morning versus evening weighing, but a positive result nonetheless.
