It's so damn hard to track water consumption. What size glass am I using? Okay, I drank 3 8 ounce glasses and 4 12 ounce glasses and then another 10 ounces with my protein shake, no way I'm tracking that and trying to remember it all. I just drink as I'm thirsty and if I get a sugar craving, I'll just drink some more.

Haha, that too!

For me, just forcing myself to get up at 4:45 and go kicks myself into gear. Once I'm at the gym and start my routine, I'm fully awake and ready to keep going. Try drinking some water when you first get up to kind of get the body going.

Just gotta find those people who aren't afraid of telling you what you're doing wrong and I'm one of those so feel free to add me. If I don't see you exercise in a few days or if I see you eat badly a few days in a row, you better believe I will point it out to you. I expect the same in return as well. That's one reason…

26 here, feel free to add me but be careful as I bite!

Another "dirty" eater here as well. I've lost a little over 20 pounds and am set to maintain now to build muscle and tone. If it fits in my macros and I want it, I'll eat it. Check out my food diary and you'll see plenty of birthday cake ice cream, vanilla wafers, binge nights of alcohol, Taco Hell and lots of other…

Wowza! Awesome job!

Every time I've taken a rest week, I'll still log my food and just do light exercises throughout the week (a solid long walk, pushups, crunches, light jog). That way my body stays moving but in a much lighter tone so I stay in my routine somewhat.

Bench press 325 pounds and run a 5k in 25 minutes in the same day

And here we go again with the King and Queen of double standards. Bashing a company that helps people get up and moving (no matter how basic the movements are) and lose weight. Aren't you two supposed to be motivators? Oh wait, you both USED to work for them and are now angry at them and have a personal vandetta against…

We don't have anything here Formula 1 or British Touring Car wise but as gschneck said the Richard Petty Driving Experience is awesome as well as the Daytona Speedway is amazing. I know Daytona has a lot of interactive things (like teaming up and changing the tires) and they have a museum there as well.

 I just tried the CTRL+ALT+Down arrow key and nothing happened I would love to do the packing peanuts to everyone's desk as well but there's 35 of us (too much to bring in) and everyone has an open office so it wouldn't have the same effect.

Oh so true! ^ Amazing food there!

Going there today to buy another tub actually :-). I loved, Loved, LOVED the cake batter flavor before they discontinued it. Tried the cookies and creme (yuck), chocolate (okay) and now I'm on to french vanilla creme (pretty damn good).

I personally use the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. Every scoop has 24g of protein and only 120 calories. Pair this up with some high protein milk like the Hood brand I use and it's a good solid combo. Check my food diary to see how well it helps. :)

Up at 4:45, get dressed and go straight to the gym. Workout for around an hour, head home and make my morning treats (protein shake, etc.) before hopping in the shower. Finally out the door by 6:45 to get to work by 7:30.

Catfish, Teen Mom, and for the longest time Degrassi (but I somehow kicked that bad itch!).

It's a name we call certain people around these parts. When one of these types of people are seen in public, you must say it loudly in a deep voice :)

"Whatever". If I'm in an argument and they bust out with a "whatever", I immediately blow my lid (and I have a very long temper).

#85 - it's a fun name we call certain people around these parts. Whenever one is spotted, the name must be said loudly in a deep tone.
