I agree, I've never actually had a hangover. I've gone $200 deep in bar tabs on multiple occasions and woken up by 8am still drunk but no hangover. It's quite an awesome thing (:

26 Workout 5-6 days a week doing 5 days of heavy lifting, 3-4 days of circuit trainging and 1 day of pure cardio (yes I do two a days mostly). Looking to just look better in general, not too fixated with the number on the scale. Feel free to add me if you want!

Gotcha, I usually do it on a rotation basis so I'll keep it in my plans then. I usually do flat bench one week, decline the next week, then incline the week after before coming back around to flat. And then I always incorporate 3-4 sets of dips at the end of those workout days as a nice "burner".

First, I do want to apologize for the incorrect prefix. I stupidly assumed with the name leadfoot Lewis would be a male. Thank you all for the info. I guess it's safe to say that decline is almost a wasted lift.

Drink water, water, and oh yeah some more water. Cravings typically last for 15 minutes so if you get a sudden craving, drink a full glass of water, wait 15 minutes and see if you're still hungry. As for the workouts, that's all mental. You have to want to improve yourself. You made the correct first step by admitting it…

I'll typically have a cheat day when I start feeling a little weak. A full day of just eating what I want seems to give me a boost to get back at it strong. This usually happens maybe 1-2 times a month so it never hurts my progress.

Fiber and protein are pretty much the more you have, the better. The macro MFP has for protein is usually set low anyways so ALWAYS try and go over your protein number.

As everyone says, you have to want it bad enough. For exercise motivation, just get up and get dressed in your workout clothes. This at least puts you in the mindset of "Well, I'm dressed for it, may as well do something"

The perfume and makeup could be explained by her working hours. Maybe she's just getting off of work at that time. If not, she's just plain weird and is wanting to showoff. As for that particular machine, I agree with Celtbelle. I have to stick to the ellipticals because of my bad knees and there's only one machine at my…

I find planning your meals so beneficial. I usually don't plan a month or even a week ahead but usually a couple days ahead. I generally eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch during the week and try to plan out my dinners. This allows me to see that if one dinner is really bad, I need to watch my portion size of it.…

Re-recking the weights properly! Drives me bonkers having to search for certain plates or having to move 8 10lb plates to even get to the 45lb plates. Would others appreciate me leaving the leg press machine racked full of 45's? No!
