I've found that dieting is 'easier', at least for me, because when I work out a lot I let my hunger take over and I end up eating WAY more calories than I burned! Chocolate or bread, no question! Seeing people chow down on bagels or chocolate bars every day in lunch KILLS me! And ohmygod, don't even get me started on Nutella sandwiches :)
