  • I use Activtrax and I love it! Not only does it customize my work outs, saving the expense of a personal trainer, I have to option making changes as necessary. I only wish it would sync with MyFitnessPal, like it does with my Fitbit.
  • I used a pint of strawberries to 3 quarts of ice and water, and there is 114 calories in a pint of strawberries. I would guess by my 3rd 3 quart fill up, all the calories from the fruit have already infused into the water, at least by my 2nd fill up. So to be on the safe side, I will give allow myself 57 calories for that…
  • I eat at least 2 salads a day, and I replace my dressing with 1/4 of a medium fully ripe avocado, cut in small chunks. I love the texture, the creaminess and the flavor, especially when I lightly dust my salad with a small dash cayenne pepper.
