  • Actually I don't know that it really is "good" for you, just low calorie, low fat. But to make it taste good they have to load it up with a bunch of fake sugar and preservatives. I'd rather eat some greek yogurt drizzled with honey, or the Fage yogurt with fruit to mix in. YUM!!! And loads of protein to keep you full.
