"An average set of 36D breasts weighs between 6-8 pounds" That would be 3-4 pounds apiece. I would imagine that the +/- of the 1 pound would have to do with density.

I am curious about this too. I hope someone has some honest answer, like the women who had the reductions. I'm not quite sure how to do the math, though... Is there a pound/cup size ratio? Not even kidding, I'm dead serious here... Mine don't shrink with my weight, really either. As a busty woman, I advocate that this…

That is just amazing! You are my inspiration, because your "before" pics look like me when I started a few weeks ago. I like seeing what my body may look like in a while.... ~Amy

Oh! Mememe! I served in Afghanistan from May '04- May '05. I used to ace my PT tests. I was in phenomenal shape (always overweight by Army standards, though) and I felt GREAT. Now I would be thrilled to get into the shape I was in back then... I am going to friend request you... :flowerforyou:

I think you came to the right place for support. This site is the best thing that's ever happened to me! If you need friends, I'm always up for new weight-loss buddies. I will friend request you. :flowerforyou:

Egg white omelets! Tons of protein so it stays with you, and very low calories. I usually throw in things like feta cheese, tomatoes, turkey, spinach......... Mmmmmmm....I'm getting hungry thinking about it!

Lol! You guys rock! Thanks for helping me keep my sanity in check. ~ Amy

I've got to say, I thought I'd get way more feedback.... Thanks, you two lovely ladies for yours! I slept on it, and am feeling less paranoid now, anyway, lol! I'm not going to be a sucker. I don't have enough money to p*ss away on hocus-pocus crap.

*Bump* and *Bump* ~one for each of my girls

I always go over on protein, too. I have been staying under on my total calories, though, and I have lost 5 pounds during the 2 1/2 weeks I've been on this site. I know my body well enough to know that protein keeps me full longer than carbs. Unless it stops working, or there is something bad about it that I'm not aware…

I take 150mg of Iron Polysaccharide every day. I haven't had any problems with constipation, as long as I keep enough fiber in my diet. :blushing:
-
Awesome! Congratulations! You will see me on one of these forums, bragging it up when I lose 10lbs., too. Thanks for the inspiration!

Have you done this before? Maybe you should talk to a professional, especially if you are really feeling that out of control. God bless you, and I hope you get this all sorted out. You don't have to be embarrassed or guilty, just get healthy. :flowerforyou:

I have been tested twice for hypothyroidism. I was having most of the same symptoms, and it also runs in my family. Well, it turns out that my thyroid is fine, but I was quite anemic. Now I take an iron pill every day, and I have much more energy, which gets me moving around more, which has helped my weight loss! So, if it…

Bump- I need this info too.

If you have access to a pool, swimming is awesome! Depending on your pace, if you take breaks, etc., you burn around 750 cals/hr. No impact, and it gets you entire body involved! It doesn't even feel like I'm "working out" when I do it! It feels fun and therapeutic.

Personally, I do tequila shots. Straight up. Stay away from sweet liquors and beer. As hard alcohol goes, vodka, whisky, and tequila are the lowest in calories (from what I've found). If you need to mix or chase it-diet soda. have fun! :drinker:

I just took a peek at your food diary. Looks like the majority of the sodium is coming from the fast foods. It you cut down on that, I bet it will help a LOT. If you can't, just make sure you drink tons of extra water to try to flush some of the sodium out of your system. And if you do frozen foods at home, just check the…

I looked into mini-tris in my area, and found one for July 3rd of this year! It looks like fun! I will sign up as soon as I can come up with the entry fee. I hope I do get addicted to this, it will be the best addiction I've ever had! I'm getting excited!

I agree. It has to be jealousy. What a rotten B****! She's the picture of a "hater". Now if that picture of your profile is your body, I just have to say, you look amazing! I would kill to have a body like that!

I have done a marathon, but never a triathlon. I am seriously considering it... I would like to know more about it. What are the distances involved in each part? What's this I hear about a "mini-tri"? What distances are involved with that? Where do I find out when there will be one near me? How do I go about signing up?…

Yes, I have advice: Don't take it (unless you enjoy "sharting"). I took it for about a month, and had to wear a pad every day. I only lost 2 or 3 lbs, and it was just not worth the grossness of it all. The accidents happen even if you stay within the allotted fat grams, just because of the way your body breaks it down.…

You can go to a pharmacy and get over the counter ketone test strips. (you pee on them and if they turn purple, there is protein in your urine) It's nothing that you can't take care with maybe a banana or granola bar after a workout, and definitely more water. That may not even be the problem, maybe it's just....bad…
-
Be careful! You could be going into ketosis! That means that you need either more calories or carbs, because your body is starting to digest proteins (muscle). That funky sort-of sweet breath is a symptom of it. This is very bad for your kidneys, in fact, many diabetics worry about just that. Atkin's will tell you it's a…

Maybe I should have him read your post  In the meantime, I will try to enjoy his sexy a** before it all goes to hell in 10 years, Lol!

Hmm...Mango salad? Yes, if they have that, it sounds like an excellent start.

Oh, man.... This is going to be more difficult than I thought. I am loving the suggestions, though. Hopefully they will keep coming in...

I can definitely see that applying here. I had the worst night, last night! Thank God, at 2 a.m. there were people right here to listen to me b**** and give me the kind of support I needed to make sure that today is better. *Sighs with relief*

Thank you so much for all of your support and suggestions! I LOVE YOU ALL!!! Last night was rough for me, but thanks to all of of you, I finally fell asleep (with a smile on my face, in fact!) and woke up with a much better attitude today. Thank you for being there. :smooched:
