THIS ^^^^ Plus a few oh sh** or ah he** thrown in for good measure. Although as my trainer will say, nothing like an "F" bomb to let me know how much you love me!

No you can make cauliflower into a lot of things. Pizza crust, rice, mashed potatoes, etc... just in the way you cook and prepare it. http://www.everydaymaven.com/2013/how-to-make-cauliflower-rice/ http://www.fitsugar.com/Low-Carb-Cauliflower-Crust-Pizza-Recipe-30739512…

As a person who hates burpees but loves what they do for me... "Burpees don't really like you either" My mantra: DOn't quIT!

I have the Flex and I love that it syncs with MFP. It works great for walking/running activities but not so well on others. I mainly bought it for the walk/run activities and sleep tracking though so I don't mind. The sleep tracking is awesome!

Thank you for posting your recipe and the link! Definitely going to make it. Going to search for Nutella substitute as well since my son loves it!

^^^THIS! It helped me SO much to go to our local running store for a fitting! Just know that it isn't a quick in and out at the store as it takes time to try on (and test out if your particular store lets you-mine allowed me to run on the sidewalk out front) the multitude of shoes fit for your stride and any running…

^^This! A running group is a great option and motivator. I find myself running farther (and sometimes faster) when I do run with a group. I had always shied away from it in the past because I'm not a fast/strong runner but once I tried it, I realized how motivating it can be in a group setting! Another thing that helps me…

So awesome!! :flowerforyou: Congrats on hitting onelander... oops I mean onederland! Love that word btw!

I've had five knee surgeries myself and while I don't love running, I still do it, albeit a slow jog. It probably isn't great for my knees but I find that as long as I don't go too hard, I don't have many issues. Any pain seems to be helped by ibuprofen. Swelling (happens in rt knee after any sort of cardio) is alleviated…

This cracked me up because my son runs with me and will "cheer" me on when I'm not keeping up with him (I walk/jog more than I run). On our first 5K race, he actually ran backwards in front of me "running", clapping and saying "come on mom, let's go!" I was a bit mortified by it but then I just laughed and thanked him for…

Check out skinnytaste.com and iowagirleats.com for some great idea. Iowa girl doesn't always have "healthy" recipes but most of them are along those lines. But like you said, anything in moderation :) Happy hunting! BTW, my diary is open and while it's honest, it's not always the best.

Hi! Mid-30s mom to a "new" teen! I've been working on my weight loss off and on but recently had my aha moment back in September. Anyone is welcome to add me! Edit: Grammar/Spelling

So along the lines of switching to Armour... do doctors typically balk at that idea?

Mine is open and I don't mind sharing! Not that it's always that great but it's honest. Feel free to add me.

Wow what an awesome transformation! You look amazing!! Thank you for sharing your story and your photos. Truly an inspiration!!!

I also log it as circuit training but take off 10-15 minutes of the total time (depending on my level of exertion that day). I do this because MFP calories burned tend to run high.

Thanks for the idea! I have an apple sitting on my desk that I may have to try it on... if I can find some cinnamon. Surely someone in this office has some, right?!?!

I typically weigh daily, first thing in the morning. My official weigh in day is Wednesday; that's when I record it on MFP and give my +/- to my trainer. I've noticed that it's been getting to me more and more though (the daily weigh-ins) so I think I may try the averaging thing that another poster mentioned. What a great…

YUM!! Sounds great!

I have noticed this just in the past month! I think I'm doing great because of the loose clothing but the scale isn't showing it. SO what do I do... I end the day way over on cals! UGH! I think I need to step away from the scale for the next few weeks and see if that helps!

Chocolate PB Protein Bar - 180 cal 11 g protein Cow Pals snack cheese 80 cals and 5 g protein Coffee all morning long with SF pumpkin spice creamer - 2-3T total so roughly 30-45 calories I'm going to have to try the vanilla extract and cinnamon addition this weekend though. Sounds yummy!

To wear boots without having to resort to "wide-calf" sizes! To wear those cute knee socks with the sayings without the words looking all stretched and distorted! The coveted LBD (little black dress)... can't wait to rock it in one! No more making sure my belly is sucked in and my head is turned "just so" in order to not…
